What Makes A Good Team Leader?

What is a Team Leader?
A team leader is someone who assists the team with their needs and relay to management. They ensure that communication from higher-ups is passed down more clearly and directly to teams. This keeps workplaces tighter and makes sure that teams have what they need when the need for leadership rears its head. Team leaders can be seen as a hybrid of management and staff, giving important help to both.

What does a Team Leader do?
They bridge the gap between management and colleagues, team leaders are often closer to the team itself and work within it while shouldering the job of reporting back to management and heading up roles including training, motivation, and the clerical stuff that comes with being responsible for colleagues. Team leaders also keep an eye on the performance of their team. They’re in the prime position to identify areas needed for training, team building, and maybe even promoting. Your team leaders might be empowered to organize these things on their own, or they can report back to management to get the ball rolling. They are expected to lead by example. It's a demanding but rewarding role.

What skills does a team leader need?
People skills. Great listening skills. Kindness, eye for detail, Organization skills. Effective communication with patience, empathy and ability to listen, you need to know people. Problem-solving skills. Being a leader.

Also for everyone please obide by the rules in the picture below.

After seeing Civil War i decided to do a best and worse ranking list for the MCU films so far.
Here is what i had to say about Civil War = "Great film. Spidey Antman and Black Panther stole the show. 8/10. I did find it slow at times but the airport fight was beast."

THE WORST!
(THESE ALL WERE BELOW AVERAGE FOR ME)

THOR 2
THOR 1
Avengers Assemble
Iron Man 3
Cap America Winter Solider

THE BEST!
Guardians Of The Galaxy
Cap America Civil War
Avengers Age Of Ultron
Cap America First Avenger
Iron Man
Ant Man
Iron Man 2
Incredible Hulk (Yes the one with Abomination counts)

BONUS RANK!
BEST MCU SHOWS!

DareDevil
Jessica Jones
(Shield is rubbish i find oh same goes for Carter)

Additional Notes.
Hawkeye needs a netflix series.

10 Wrestling Matches to watch for non wrestling fans.

Another top 10 list which is based on careful consideration and own personal thoughts. If your not a wrestling you are probably all like "Wrestling? Why should i care? It's fake" Cool opinion. Wrestling is an entertainment art form. Moves are real. Injuries and risks they take are REAL.

Wrestling consists of technical grappling, entertainment, high flying, risk taking moves and events aswell as the whole good guy, bad guy roles and out of this world characters and settings. Wrestling is entertainment and entertainment is real! Wrestling matches have predetermined endings and moves do get rehearsed for the match prior to the event but mistakes can and will happen at anytime when wrestling is seen live. People have died from wrestling in and out of the ring. It's a dangerous sport that is really risky but i will say it is highly entertaining and its better watching it live than on tv. With all this in mind, it's time to recommend some matches for you to watch.

I also do not wish to spoil the matches so i will not say what happens overall but enjoy the full matches via links. I wish not to limit this to one wrestling company either. I admit what i say may not be like things for a new fan to really know well i will try to explain but you know you are best off watching the matches i link you.

10: WWE Royal Rumble 2006 - The Royal Rumble Match

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2si22u_wwe-royal-rumble-2006-the-royal-rumble-match_sport

This rumble is one of my most memorable and faves. Royal Rumbles feature 30 wrestlers going at it in a ring and to win you need to get everyone out of the ring over the top rope.

9: Bound For Glory 2005: Monster's Ball 2
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ypu7qqULyYk

Freakin Insane match. Monsters ball matches are basically an anything goes match but to win you must pin or submit your opponent. These matches can go all around arena's and everything or anything will be used.

8: Kurt Angle Vs AJ Styles Hard Justice 08

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GLMSnfBQC00

Solid great match Aj V Angle they have always had amazing matches with each other but this stands out as one of the best. The lengths they went to hurt each other were something else.

7: Cm Punk vs John Cena Money in the bank 2011

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2c0k3m_wr-match-of-the-day-cm-punk-vs-john-cena-c-wwe-championship-match-money-in-the-bank-2011_sport

Very entertaining match with two of the biggest most popular wrestling superstars of the modern generation. The match itself did not disappoint and WWE really needed a spark like this in 2011. The first half of 2011 is regarded as a very bad time in the company with a mediocre WWE Champion in The Miz that led to a horrible WrestleMania 27. This match however proved you really need people that can actually wrestle to gain the respect from wrestling fans. This match was over 30 minutes of just pure brilliance. There was never a dull moment in the match and the Chicago crowd made the atmosphere so much better.

6: Bound For Glory 2012: James Storm vs. Bobby Roode - Street Fight

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8fnSn1SBZlg

Fucking insane match one of the best in history if you ask me. Even MMA Fighter King Mo was like "Holy shit!".

5: Samoa Joe vs AJ Styles vs Christopher Daniels - TNA Unbreakable '05

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e9-azR3pLkI

A fast and furious match which showcased the 3 men's abilities best.

4: Kane v Undertaker Wrestlemania 14

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x440stc_wwf-wrestlemania-xiv-the-undertaker-vs-kane_sport

This match is my fave Taker mania match. One of my fave wrestlemania matches. Months Kane and Undertaker met face to face and Taker refused to fight him everytime because Kane is Undertaker's brother. When they finally met wow what a match.

3: TLC 2 WrestleMania 17: Edge & Christian vs The Hardys Vs The Dudleys

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x115634_tag-team-championship-wm-17-tlc-match-edge-and-christian-vs-the-dudley-boyz-vs-the-hardy-boyz_sport

This match is insane. I love all three teams and this match brought out all of their styles and features some amazing history making moments.

2: Stone Cold Vs The Rock Wrestlemania 17

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xkuu7p_the-rock-vs-stone-cold-wrestlemania-x-seven-no-disqualification-wwf-title_sport

I know really? Another match from same ppv? Honestly watch this match it was epic! Heck watch all of Austin v Rock matches. Incredible match, they fought non-stop for 30 minutes and lived up to the hype. We saw both men steal each others finishers and bust each open.

1: Undertaker vs Mankind King of the ring Hell in a cell

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x3z6yhp_wr-all-hiac-1998-06-28-wwf-king-of-the-ring-1998-hell-in-a-cell-match-the-undertaker-vs-mankind_sport

Simply put, this is far and away the greatest match of both wrestlers careers. They joined together and fed off of each others bumps the entire match and gave the fans a once in a lifetime, greatest match in the history of ALL professional wrestling. This was the GREATEST MATCH EVER SEEN, and no disrespect to all of the other greats of wrestling but these two men put on the greatest wrestling show the world has ever seen.

This was a tough list to put together i have added 10 extra matches you need to see aswell.

Honorable Mentions (Other matches you need to see)

Taryn Terrell vs Gail Kim - Slammiversary 2013

Tips on entertaining yourself without the use of a PC/Laptop.

Helo, that's a good start right, what is up i am back with more tips on things which can help you out in your path of life.

I gather my tips from asking others and from asking myself and from personal experience's. Today i will be talking or rather writing all about ways you can keep entertained with out your laptop and computer. I know you will most likely have your own plans already or know all of these but for the uninitiated or lost ones out there, take a gander with me to explore your surroundings and hobbies more.

Home Entertainment
We all have homes or a place we call home. We have our own rooms. We have things. Good start right?

Music: Listen to it! Try to listen to new things. Borrow someone else’s music. Turn on the radio. Use online streaming services to listen to random music that you have never heard before. Or listen to the music you have and maybe air guitar, sing, air drum or figure out for yourself a meaning the song you are listening to has.

Read a book: Find a book, a newspaper, or a magazine. Take the time to learn something more about the world or familiarize yourself with some famous literary characters. It might take you some time to get interested in the story, but often by the middle of the book you won’t be able to put it down. Visit your local library.

Cook: If you have some time on your hands or if you feel bored and hungry, it might be an opportunity to cook food that will keep you fed for a while. Make sure you know what you are doing mind you.

Exercise: Exercise is good for both your physical and mental health.Try weight lifting. If you don’t have weights or a gym membership, just go on a job around the street, do sit ups, and push-ups etc or go for a swim somewhere.

Watch TV or play a video game: If you have played all your video games to death, set new, challenging goals to meet. If you are watching TV, experiment with a show you’ve never watched before or put on a classic movie that you’ve always wanted to see.

Spend time with your pet: Cuddle them, feed them, walk them, play with your pet. Pets keep morale up. Pet's are lovely i mean come on now do i really need to say more? Love your pets.

Clean: Cleaning may seem boring, but it is something to do. You can also make it more fun by turning it into a game. Time yourself and see how quickly you can clean your place. Put on music to keep yourself energetic. You can even put on some light body weights and a step counter to turn cleaning into exercise. You can also find neat nostalgic things or things you thought were lost.

Outside Entertainment

Go for a walk or go cycling: I live in Wales and it is beautiful to take a stroll and go see some breathtaking views up mountains and through the green fields. If there is a nice walking path or scenic hike nearby, this can be a good way to clear your head and get some exercise. Try to find some place you haven’t been before. If there aren’t any scenic nature areas around, try walking through an interesting place you’ve never been too before BUT do not get lost.

Entertainment Anywhere

Write: You can write a story, a poem, or a journal. Try to get some experience writing and get your feelings out. If you’re going to have a lot of time on your hands, start a larger piece like a novel. Once you get into it, you might not be able to stop writing.
  • For a story, think about characters. Imagine what makes them special and different. Why do they do what they do? What is the obstacle they must overcome? That is your conflict. Focus on how their personalities bring them into conflict and how that conflict is resolved.
  • If you’re writing a poem, try starting out with free writing. Just get your feelings down on page. Read it out loud to see what it sounds like.
  • If you can’t think of your own characters, consider writing fan fiction. Some people enjoy taking characters or settings from famous movies, books, and comic books and writing their own adventures. You can share your stories later, when you have computer access again, or you can just keep them to yourself.
Draw: Studies show that drawing is a particularly effective way to banish boredom. Practice using shading and perspective to improve your artistic abilities. Many artists learn by doing “master studies,” which means you try to analyze and recreate other great works of art.

Craft: Look around and see how you can use the things around you to make art or useful household goods. With pictures and glue, you can make a nice memento for someone you care about. With wood and carving knife you can make a walking stick.

So if you have or are about to go rouge and appear offline to your computer or if you are simply bored do take these tips aboard and try them out for yourself :)

Let me know how thing's go :)
For now it's thanks for reading as the god is out.

Tips on interviewing others.

Back once again with some more tips, this may become a new feature here on my blogs which may transcend to the podcast and youtube realm later on but for now you have this :)

First off it really helps to find out more on who you are interviewing so study them, visit their social media accounts and see what you find and see and read.

Second you need to plan questions, i normally write out at least 10 and ask how many i see fit and you know in terms of with others you can ask the same questions but it always helps to spice things up and ask new and other questions too.

If you get stuck on what can you ask the person you are interviewing, its no crime to google some questions so do feel free to do it.

Adjust questions: By this i mean if you are talking to a company ask about business what are they doing for the community maybe, if its a band ask for their musical influences, if its a solo singer ask if they had any singing lessons. There is so much to ask it depends on who or what they are.

Try asking a question that can catch them out: Easier said than done this one, the standard questions like how are you or what got you into the business are all well and good  but the person on the other hand may have seen that coming and prepared for questions before the interview but would they ever see a question coming such as "Who ever said humpty dumpty was an egg?" coming towards them? I think not. Try make them laugh aswell.

Eye contact: This is a big one for anything at all in life. A tip i got told which is rather funny is look at the persons eyebrows because hey its eye level more or less and it does work.

Dress to impress but not to steal the show: Dress appropriate smart but casual. Let the person feel that you are laid back and things will be good.

Body language: Hard one here, remember how they told you to sit or stand in school STRAIGHT UP haha.

Recording: If you are recording the interview obviously make sure everything has memory and is charged.

Be polite.

Ok and that is basically everything covered i believe. Let me know if these tips help in anyway shape or form for you.

Remember study,be polite,stand/sit straight, dress casual but smart, have questions written out and some sneaky ones to catch them out on,look in the eyes or at the eyebrows. Adjust questions on the person or company you are interviewing, plan accordingly and make sure recording equipment is all in good order.

Thanks for reading, til next time, the god is out!

Tips on landing good impressions.

Hi again.,back to give some tips this time on impressions.
I don't do many good ones i find but of course the tips i can give are as follows.

Pick your subject: Say for example Clint Eastwood.

Study them: Watch and listen to them over and over and over.

Find their unique thing: Be it a nasally talker or a facial feature as much as the impression vocally it helps to impersonate their facial features like continuing with Clint he has his signature squint.

Do the impression you have conducted from your studies out loud by reading, looking into the mirror or just generally talking in the person you aim to impersonate out loud about your every day life.

Focus on small words in the impression first maybe a key line the person says in a film or show on tv.

Keep working on it.

Keep studying them.

Keep doing the vocal impression.

Keep doing the physical expression impression.

Have a go doing different accents aswell it will help greatly.

More tips here from the net:

If you don't have the right voice to do the impressions, copying the body language of the intended person would help the overall impression. so people can recognize the person you try to imitate.

If a person's voice is out of your range, don't worry about it, and find someone else, if you strain your voice to get the range perfect, you can permanently damage your vocal cords.

Try to envision yourself as the person you are trying to imitate. It will make it easier subconsciously to act out the subtle mannerisms and behaviors the person exhibits.

Also, do impressions that someone would instantly recognize to make the show more entertaining to watch.

Try to identify what sentence or phrase that the person you want to imitate always said, memorize it, and use it. It can be helpful to enhance the quality of your impressions.

If you really, really want to invest your time in it you can increase your range by taking it step by step. Do vocal exercises, and take your time. Again, if you strain, you could cause damage, but taking it step by step can help.

Until next time my super peeps, the god is out!

Random Ramblin's: Part Pedwar - The painful truth of the past and encouraging words of wisdom.

Alri?

***F.Y.I. - So this blog post i have been debating on publishing it or not for the past few days now because i open up more into myself with my past,my life and of some serious issues and these issues these experiences i have decided to weigh in on with my experience and dealings with them and i hope you the reader, reading this understands and takes in consideration how tough it was for me to type and open up a lot more than i very rarely do. I also hope this blog post and my experience's help you through any pain or depression state you maybe in at the moment. You know through my debating my good american friend Annika has really helped me and opened my eyes and not just on my decision of posting this but on a lot of things in the past since i have known her and since we have become friends,so a special shoutout and mention to her!      I hope you take good care of yourselves my friends, family and metalgods and now do me the honors of reading on, yes? :) ***End of F.Y.I***

How's it hanging? Hanging low? Not bad.....what your hanging too low? Well that happens as people age HAHA and hey you, just a heads up don't expect many jokes here today in my blog and i do apologise for it.

So Scott, what are you going to rant and comment on today? Oh that's a good question i will let you know below. So today i get serious and emotional in writing and discussing.

*******STOP! BEFORE YOU CARRY ON, I HAVE TO SAY, I HAVE NOT TOLD ANYONE MUCH ABOUT ALL THIS OF WHAT GOES ON IN MY HEAD ETC SO TAKE IT INTO CONSIDERATION AND READ CAREFULLY NOW!**********

Pain & Depression - Lets start with Pain. We all like it yes? No? Yes, you are right of course we hate it but pain is a very valuable big part of our lives we will all suffer pain in our lives at some point. From things like relationship break ups, passing of someone we know to hurting our selves. We feel pain physically and mentally heck i would say emotionally too but i will wrap that into mental pain. The greatest teacher we will have is pain, we all must be taught it but we must not be schooled by it. Pain and overcoming it defines who we are as people individually. These scars you see are lessons that have left their mark on me,to remind me that i am still alive, that i am human. You know talking of scars and pain and cuts and marks, my dad always shows me a cut or scratch or worse when he has been hurt and tells me how it happened to him, how he got hurt and a scratch or cut no matter how big or small or accident or not,i think it is just to show me that the man who brought me into this world is not immortal and that he does get hurt. I love the man to bits i may not show it or tell him but i hope he knows that i do. Pain is a natural part of life as i said and to me it reminds me that i am alive and human and i am getting pretty emotional right now (I KNOW RIGHT!?) sorry about that. You know i was born into life with a broken foot, a clubbed foot really and through my childhood i suffered with it and had continues work and operations to get it fixed and its better than ever today although still a bit clubbed but i got the scar on my foot for life and of course, i went through pain with my foot for years. As a child and a baby i could never crawl or walk right until i was roughly 3/4 years old because of how fucked my foot was. I used to shuffle across the floor on my butt as a baby until i could actually walk right. I have had specially made shoes for years for my foot,i have had crutches, zimmer frames and wheel chairs to use while my foot was healing but as i said its all good now and the scar remains and i have the metal plate that was in my foot out and in a jar on my shelf and it serves as a reminder of what i have been through in order to fix a broken part of me. Life welcomed me in by telling me the safety and comfort you had in the womb is gone and welcome to life, live it for as long as you can,do what you want but always remember through pain, there is a lesson to be learned, you must remember your limits and that you are human,it is normal to feel pain. I have felt a lot of pain in life i try to keep in my emotions to myself and you know what it is not right at all but i have this pain then of over thinking and just putting myself down by telling myself "no one cares for what you feel or say or are going through or have been through" that is wrong,it really fucking is! Its frustrating me right now! I always put on a fake smile,i am an emotional sensitive guy, i'd say its quite easy to make me cry. To be completely honest, i care to much for my friends and family and not myself too. I take care of myself last,if a friend is in pain or upset guess what so am i! My friend one of my best friends Louis recently broke up with his girlfriend and he and his gf were so close and a cute couple it upset me when he broke the news to me that she had dumped him, i felt so sorry for him and i was there trying to pick him up,that's what i do for all of my friends who are in any pain i try to help them get back up and i don't stop until they are! Any of my friends reading this right now first of all hi! and i shall always be here for a chat anytime, place, day, year etc. Of course i hope they already know that but people need to be reminded and also need to know that i want to help them as much as i can. Pain does a lot for us in life and the mental pain is the long lasting unseen pain we have to experience but take my word for it right now. PAIN DOES END! Pain changes people,to be stronger. Pain is just weakness leaving our bodies. Pain is there reminding us we are human,we are not immortal,we are better than it and we will recover and get over it. I have felt pain more than once in both ways as well as being depressed.

Now lets move to depression and well my experience with it.  In the year 2012 things were worrying me a lot as it was supposed to be the last year of the world in aztec culture you know so we had the internet and news full of doom and gloom reports of the world ending soon so that was playing to my mind you know, what if this year is the end etc and it was no way to live and think constantly and what not and i was at the time working in a work experience placement that was an insurance company. Its a lovely company the people there are all funny and lovely too but what got me to become depressed that year aswell as the impending end of the world was the fact everyone there was older than me and i to be honest think i had a breakdown of a panic attack i was doing the same thing every day, same time, different day, same place, different clothes you know where i am going. Anyway i looked around myself and seen everyone in the office as they are older than me and a colleague was helping me with a spreadsheet and his hand was on the desk and i just looked at it stared at it what felt ages and then i looked at my hands and it just hit me really fast right on my head and got me overthinking. I am getting older. i am going to be old. I AM GOING TO DIE! That was the point my breathing was getting faster i started to panic i excused myself calmly and went to the toilet to try and calm down by soaking myself with water and telling myself its all ok and things will be better and i was over reacting so 5/10 mins later i emerged and went back to my desk no one asked a thing about me and then it was the end of the day of course end of the world, aging and death were on my mind on a bus ride home and it was getting me worked up so much but know what pushed me off the edge? Seeing a plane in the sky (of course) and imagining myself parachuting and that was it,i was sat on the back of the bus just panicking to myself sweating, i kept it all in,all in my mind this was going off it was a set of mini bomb explosions just making me sweat breath faster and just the sheer level of overthinking was too much and just of shit i am going to get old and die some day, what happens when we die? what would i rather do be cremated or buried? and so on i wont go to much into it because still thoughts of death and what's next and stuff still gets me to over think and a lil upset, see i told you i was an emotional sensitive guy. However my depression lasted 3 months and boy it was no fun or no walk in the park,i would act around people normal but on the inside i would be destroying myself overthinking of all the things i mentioned and now by the way through my life i have had these little what if scenarios in my mind before i try or do or go somewhere that also have frightened me and put me off a lot of things in this life. Depression for me was feeling extremely lonely when i wasn't to feeling burned out which was a form of laziness and anti-social so i would be like purposely avoiding people because i didn't want to get any thoughts and ideas to make me dwell deeper into sadness and bring anyone down with me,i kept things on the inside because it felt safe when really looking back on it,it was a stupid thing to have done, i should have talked to people about it but i was afraid people would not take me seriously. It made me see no point in living of which i had contemplated suicide but i did not go through with anything at all because i was stronger than the thoughts, i thought to myself it would be messed up and sad and i was better than that and i will beat what has a hold of me and i did beat it,it took 3 months but i did beat it, it took me hanging out with my friends more so i can get distracted and get my mind off it and onto better things like giving myself a purpose to keep on fighting and what caused me to break free from depression you may ask? A night out with my best friend James and his gf to a nightclub and to have drinks, enjoy the company, the night, music and our surroundings and also being hit on by some random girl of which i ended up dancing with, nope i didn't get her number and she also never did add me on facebook or follow me on twitter but its her fucking loss, she didn't want this legend that's her problem, the day after that night out i felt alive again and it was a good feeling and i was actually up and atom doing things with my head out of the clouds free from the rain.

God that was a bit tough to get out of my system to remember back and to talk well type about but something i have discovered during my depression is writing about it did help and writing about other things, just writing is such an awesome thing to do to get your head away from your troubles and to be teleported into a world of creativity to write what ever you want. I wrote many lyrics and stories in that time some not good others good haha its just the way it goes really (genuinely smiling now like). You dont really need tablets to get over depression you need the right environment and family and friends also music helps too, you don't need to harm yourself to escape pain and depression you need to vent about your troubles or write about them ok please if you are suffering right now take care of yourself, see your friends and family talk to someone and write about it, you are not alone!   REMEMBER! If you ever feel in pain, depressed, angry, lonely do not be afraid to talk about it. Be it physical or mental or to yourself,a family member or friend, always talk about it or do something creative like write about it. Write about what you feel and why you are in pain and write about why you will over come it. Pain does end,you are stronger than pain, you are not immortal but you are strong and a beautiful brilliant human being and for that i respect you dearly my friend.

That is all i have today for you,its been a emotional serious topic and discussion but i thought, i would splatter my brains on the canvas or keyboard or rather my laptop screen and its pretty hard for me to talk of what i feel really in person or otherwise haha

Hey! I got an idea to lighten things up I shall name two famous people who I think would give bad advice to you. Gene Simmons for his infamous rants on depressed people and Shia Lebouf for his just do it videos all because if say you were thinking of self harming Shia well he will no doubt tell you his two famous motivational words.  So that's all from me tonight for this blog entry.
