Top 20 Wrestling Theme Songs Of All Time!

Alri? James Davie my good friend asked me this question and I intend to answer it and I will post it all here with links and from 20 to 1.

There's a lot of awesome themes out there and my mind will change time to time but wish me luck and let's hope your faves shows up here too. :)

I'll throw in a mixed bag.

20: Abyss - Down In The Catacombs
First time I seen TNA, I saw Icons, High flyers and A MONSTER! *Click* DOOMSDAY! Abyss seems to have one of the few themes in TNA history that you can recognise within a couple of seconds . It’s not an overly long song, as it loops on itself after about 75 seconds in, but those 75 seconds take you on a journey of mystery and horror!

19: Sting TNA - Slay Me!
TNA gave him his best song i feel. Truly iconic and the guitar instrumental is truly epic! One of very few easily recognisable theme songs.

18: GRADO - Like A Prayer
Guilty pleasure brilliantly funny fan favourite wrestler.

17: Charlotte Flair - Recognition
I love Charlotte's flair's song, it's a metal version of Ric flair's theme with added flair if i do say so myself.

16: Hardy Boyz - Loaded
Classic tune, everytime it played you cant help but do the hardy's salute and thrust your hips while smacking tornado's.

15: Christian - At Last
I only few years ago rediscovered this golden gem treat and i love it and used to play it constantly on repeat.

14: Beer Money - Take A Fall
BEER! MONEY! What a team, what a song, when it comes to tag teams many come to mind but among first thought of making this list, this team came second for the first team came at 16. I love this one.

13: Cena (Word Life & Time Is Now)
John Cena is the biggest star the WWE has had since The Rock and is arguably one of the greatest of all time. But Cena’s music didn’t gain widespread recognition until it got memed into the social universe, when “Unexpected Cena” became the viral hit of the summer in 2015 and has since become the Kurt Angle You Suck Chanted song of the modern era. JOHN CENA SUUUCKS, JOHN CENA SUCKS etc etc. Cena's word life i personally love and know most of it off by top of my head and it gets stuck in my brain most days it's brilliant and i miss word life cena.

12: Kurt Angle (WWE&TNA themes)
From the Angle chanted of the modern era to this one well two. Angle's Medal theme is so awesome and thanks to Edge getting the fans to chant YOU SUCK it became iconic and also made Kurt i'd say. Kurt's tna theme gold medalist is epic, it's almost terminator like start to then kicking off with a great rap it's brilliant and i love it.

11: Kane - Burned
First time hearing this i was like what in the world and then BOOM PYRO and the drums pound and the guitar screetches and its just the ultimate big red badass piece of machinery to go along with the big red machine himself because THAT'S GOTTA BE KANE!

10: Aleister Black - Root Of All Evil
Upon first listen i was hooked on the song and on Black. The track truly brings an “end of times” mindset with it, which speaks volumes alongside Black’s silent death stare. Code Orange and Incendiary, the New York hardcore band who recorded the song, played Black’s introduction together live at Barclay’s Center last August in what was probably the best live-intro entrance the WWE has ever put together.

9: CM Punk - Cult Of Personality
I have always loved this song and when Punk left wwe came back and this started to play I was like what who the hell is coming out to this and then he came through the curtain and the crowd and myself just jumped out of our seats losing our minds. Obviously i was not there in person when it happened just saying i was at home like "OMG!".

8: The Demon Finn Balor - Catch Your Breath
Finn is a complex character but what a talent just a shame Vinnie won't push him for a title anymore since he had an injury when he won the big one. This song is epic!

7: Hulk Hogan - Real American
He is a real american and he fights for the rights of every man, catchy, classic and iconic and easily one of the most recognisable theme songs in history.

6: Shinsuke Nakumura - The Rising Sun
I dislike his current theme but his old one is classic it represented the strong style of his hard hitting past whilst embracing the rockstar that he is. His entrance music, while still powerful, has a sense of grace and elegance. With violins winding around a light EDM drum beat, crowds often sing the song’s main riffs in unison, even during the middle of Nakamura’s match. In the modern era of pro wrestling, where a crowd’s enthusiasm often dictates which wrestlers the WWE gives more attention to, theme songs like this are a win-win for everyone involved. And Nakamura’s is an instant classic.

5: Bobby Roode - Glorious Domination
Sometimes, all it takes is a really well-crafted theme song that can make a star. In Bobby Roode’s case, his entrance music shot him to the moon. In less than five months, Roode went from debuting winning the NXT Championship, due in large part to his insanely popular theme song which crowds immediately took to singing along with while he walked to the ring. It’s GLORIOUS!

4: Undertaker - R.I.P.
Just like HH and many other wrestlers on this list this is one of the best, classic and iconic songs but Taker has always had stand out themes. Taker’s smoggy, bone-chilling entrance is almost numbing while he slowly emerges to the tune of church organs and lightning cracks. It’s often said an entrance can make or break a wrestler, and The Undertaker’s unsettling theme is in large part why his introduction is the most thrilling and iconic of all time.

3: The Rock - Electrifying
I always wonder what he is cooking but perhaps it's just Jabroni Pie he does like his pies after all but anyway. Simply electrifying what else is there to say?

2: Stone Cold - I Won't Do What You Tell Me!
Sorry just smashed a glass and hang on, there's a knock at my door......apologies for up and leaving you all suddenly a weird coincidence the minute i smash glass that Stone Cold E.T. shows up with Shark Boy. It was nice to see the two again but anyway if you want me to talk about STEVE AUSTIN gimmie a HELL YEAH! That's what i thought,  That “OH SHIT, IT’S ABOUT TO GET REAL” sound meant you were about to see someone’s ass get kicked by The Rattlesnake himself. Austin, the main protagonist of pro wrestling’s most celebrated era, was a mean-mugging, shit-talking mad man who routinely threw wrenches into ultra-bad guy Vince McMahon’s evil plans and was always there to save the day. Like a modern-day bat signal, Austin’s entrance music didn’t just mean you were about to see a serious brawl, it meant everything was going to be alright.

1: HHH- The Game!
It’s not hard to point out that Triple H’s theme (played by Motörhead) is one of the best there is. But Lemmy’s voice gave an already credible star a boost into hall-of-fame presentation. With the recognizable legend’s voice at the helm, Triple H’s theme translated one thing: that he was an unparalleled star. As soon as his music hits, Triple H (also known as “The Game”) goes from a character who could hold championships to “final boss” type stuff. It was tough to put any as number 1 on my list but this stood out as number one when i was asked to name my list so i just had to put it here it's epic and it's all about the game and how you play it.

Aaaaaaaaand that's all folks, hope you enjoyed, let me know your faves and come back soon for more lists among other things.

Stay Shiny!

Top 10 Undertaker Moments

DEAD MAN WALKING! It's going down, have i gone and made a big mistake nope The Undertaker is my all time favourite wrestler and i thought since i did a list on Kane yesterday it would be fitting to do one on The Phenom today! So get back in your casket and let's relax while we have our last rites read.
10) First WWE Title Win 1991 Survivor Series - One year after The Undertaker's debut, he became the youngest (at the time) WWE Champion of all time in 1991 when he took home his first championship after beating Hulk Hogan at the 1991 Survivor Series. He needed the help of distractions by both Ric Flair and his manager Paul Bearer, and the help of a well-placed steel chair, but he was able to take down the biggest icon in pro wrestling for the championship.

9) Forming The Brothers Of Destruction - Just like on his brother Kane's list, anytime the duo teamed up and were on the same page it was amazing and just a powerful force no one could beat. I can't pick any moments in particular so i picked it as one.

8) Ministry Of Darkness - The Ministry of Darkness era had a lot of fun, memorable moments, but the best moment had to be when the Undertaker kidnapped Stone Cold Steve Austin from his hospital room with every intention of sacrificing the Texas Rattlesnake. Luckily Kane stopped the sacrifice before it was too late.

7) Casket Match With Yokozuna - The Undertaker was an unstoppable force leading into the 1994 Royal Rumble and in an early casket match against Yokozuna it took over ten men to finally bring down the Undertaker and slam the casket shut on the Phenom. What followed was one of the more memorable, and cheesy, moments in the Undertaker's career where he claimed he would "not rest in peace" and ascended into the rafters of the arena.

6) The Phenom Returns - The Undertaker had a four-year run in the biker gimmick of the American Badass, but at the 2003 Survivor Series he was buried alive by his brother Kane in a buried alive match. Kane claimed the Undertaker was "dead and buried forever." But soon after the all-too-familiar presence of the Undertaker began to haunt his brother Kane. In the 2004 Royal Rumble, Kane was eliminated after losing focus following the chime of the Undertaker's bell. This all culminated in the return of the Dead Man persona at WrestleMania XX, and yet another win in the streak for the Undertaker.

5) American Badass - The most human of Undertaker gimmicks for the dead man. After eight months time-off due to real-life injuries, the Undertaker made his long-awaited return at Judgment Day in May 2000. However, the days of pitch black, blue fog and church organ music entrances were gone. The Undertaker was now The "American Bad Ass" (termed by the Kid Rock song which was his entrance music during the early months of the persona, later to be changed to "Rollin'" by Limp Bizkit) biker complete with sunglasses, bandana, jean shirt and motorcycle. The Badass allowed everyone to see a new side of the Undertaker. While still one of the most dominant forces in the WWF, he appeared human, introducing the world to his wife Sara and speaking as a normal human being. Also, the character began to Take more moves from opponents, making him appear more vulnerable. I also loved the Big Evil transformation for the deadman also.

4) Taker Vs Kane - This feud had it all, drama, action, wrestling, horror, family, death and history and goes down in history for me as one of the best rivalry's made. Their match at WM 14 was amazing and still is to me.

3) The Streak - Lays at rest at 23-2 and man what a streak the phenom's was it is still sad Lesner and Reigns beat him at mania. Taker's streak started against Snuka in 1991 and since then Taker has beaten the likes of HBK,HHH,Kane, Jake Roberts, Diesel, Ric Flair, Batista, Randy Orton, Edge and Cm Punk to name but a few.

2) Debut - Crazy to believe it was like 27 years ago that Taker first arrived to the WWE. Undertaker's debut at the 1990 Survivor Series is still a memorable one. It's rare that a superstar gets a debut at a PPV and the Undertaker took every advantage of the opportunity. The Undertaker held his own against a team that included Bret Hart, Jim Neidhart, Koko B. Ware and Dusty Rhodes, eliminating Koko and Dusty before being counted out after taking the fight with Rhodes to the outside. Although he didn't end up winning the match, his presence was felt and a character was born that would redefine the WWE.

1) Taker Vs Mankind Hell In A Cell - When people look back at the Attitude Era or history of Hell In A Cell, this match is always one of the first things brought up in the conversation. This legendary Hell in a Cell match was made famous for the two falls that Mick Foley took off and through the cell. The wrestling included a choke slam onto thumb tacks and a final tombstone that finally ended the match for the Undertaker. This may be more of a Mankind moment, but you can't make a top-ten list of the Undertaker without mentioning this match.

Alright and now let us rest in peace and i will see you tomorrow for another list, thanks for stopping by. Bookmark, share and comment!

Top 10 Kane Best Moments (BONUS WORST MOMENTS ALSO)

BAH GAWD IT'S, GOTTA BE KANE! Yes it is the big red machine, the big red monster and the devil's favourite demon well that's how i think of Kane and not being the lame guy he became following the hugging with Bryan and when he went corporate. To celebrate 20 years of this monster let us look at the ten of the best moments Kane had according to me. #20YearsOfKane

10) Kane wins the big gold! - This happened in the time i was moving away from WWE where i only watched TNA or ROH but it was a huge success and i was happy to hear that he won the big one.

9) Kane Eliminates 11 at Royal Rumble 2001 - Kane held a record in the Royal Rumble ppv's for more than a decade it was only recently bested by Roman Reigns (sad times).

8) Kane & Xpac - This friendship turned rivalry was great and done the two wonders i'd say, it was entertaining and pretty gripping. You feel sorry for Kane having no friends and he decides to save this small guy and the two form an unthinkable bond and the two become champs and then they turn on one another more or less and so ends a great team but starts a great feud elevating Kane further up.

7) Kane's "Wrestlemania Moment" - A lot of people say that Kane beating Chavo for the ECW title in 8 seconds was Kane's big wrestlemania moment. It might have been one of but i think number 2 on this list was better.

6) Kane Conquers All - By this i refer to the time Kane was in a 7 Man Tag Title TLC Match. In 2002, Kane was practically on fire. He had the WWE fans behind him and he was coming off as a true champion. He had won the Intercontinental Champion and he also held the Tag Titles. Originally supposed to be an 8 man TLC match, Kane's tag team partner, The Hurricane was attacked by Triple H earlier in the show and Kane had to defend his tag titles alone against Jericho, Christian, RVD, Jeff Hardy, Bubba and Spike. Even at such odds, the outcome of the match: 6  bodies lying in and around the ring and Kane standing up high signalling his pyro with the tag titles in his hand.

5) Kane sets JR on fire! - Yes this is on my list, it's one of the most controversial and most talked about moments in wwe and in Kane's career to this day.

4) The Brothers Of Destruction - Face it anytime the Undertaker and Kane teamed up is on this list and here they are together at number four. Fire & Fury these two dominate all others.

3) Kane Unmasks - Yes this moment is one of the most iconic of the big red machine, for years fans pondered what he looked like under the mask and when it happened e got to see not a disfigured man but a normal man well normal-ish? It was an odd one and some point to this being the end of Kane or the downward spiral of him.

2) WM 14 Vs Undertaker - Hell of a match, one of my faves i just love their rivalry and showdown here in this match two of my faves head to head.

1) Debut - Of course this is first place, the first time i seen him was this time and it was insane this big red guy comes to the ring with Paul Bearer and rips of the cage door, stands face to face with Taker and destroys him and leaves.

AS A BONUS HERE IS A LIST OF HIS WORSE MOMENTS: Kane Marries Lita, Kane anger management, Corporate Kane, Concession Kane, Katie Vick and Kane, Feuding over Coffee, May 19th, His ability to speak perfectly, his dancing and most of his Team Hell No time.

So this concludes my list of Kane's best moments and the bonus Worse Moments and i hope you have enjoyed this list and visiting my blog, for more bookmark and pop back every week!

Top 10 WWE Tag Team Champions

Grab your partner and tag em in because today's list see's us looking at the top 10 WWE tag team champions!

All tag titles under the wwe name are on display here and i will be picking a bunch not all from same era's. I will also not be including teams with the same members in. SO for example DX so if HBK HHH or any of the past members of DX have won tag titles with different partners it wont be on the list sorry.

10) The Brothers Of Destruction
Yep at number 10 falls one of my fave teams the most destructive team on this list maybe is The Undertaker & Kane, THE BROTHERS OF DESTRUCTION! They should have had more reigns and days that they held the titles but they were meant for better bigger titles. The Deadman and The Devil’s Favourite Demon captured three separate tag team titles, and were also the team to unify the WWE and WCW Tag Team Championships, devouring DDP and Kanyon at SummerSlam 2001 inside of a steel cage.

9) Demolition
HERE COMES THE AX AND HERE COMES THE SMASH! I'll be honest i never seen them wrestle much but i got respect for them for their reign being one of the longest in history. Dressed for pure brutality with spiked ring gear and outrageous face paint, the intimidating duo captured the World Tag Team Championships a total of three times — including the single longest tag title reign in WWE history of more than 470 days. Although they were dismissed early as clones of The Road Warriors, the brutes from Parts Unknown made their reputation of pure destruction against elite combination that included The Hart Foundation, The Rockers, The British Bulldogs and The Brain Busters.

8) Rock N Sock Connection
One of the most electrifying teams on the list comes the unlikely weird pairing of THE ROCK and.....Sock? I mean Mankind/Foley the pair had 3 reigns as tag champs but each did not last long sadly but they were highly entertaining and for being entertaining, fun, funny and overall great wrestlers is why they are on my list. Yes there's so many teams that deserve to be on my list i am only limited to 10 so this is all my 10.

7) DX
ARE YOU READY? I SAID ARE YOU READY!!!?? Here they are i'd say the DX crew are the most entertaining on my list be it under the stable of many or the team of few they dominated gloriously with entertaining antics to boot and with feuds that were gripping to watch. Spanning 13 years, D-Generation X was the brainchild of two best friends, Shawn Michaels and Triple H. In 1997, HBK and The Game brought their backstage friendship in front of the cameras, and the world of sports-entertainment changed forever. DX’s brand of sophomoric humor was a cornerstone of the Attitude Era, and their influence beyond the ring became clear when Mike Tyson was recruited for their group. After eight years apart, the band got back together in 2006. As former multi-time WWE Champions, DX was more powerful than ever, and brandished their logo on the WWE headquarters in Connecticut and on Mr. McMahon’s corporate jet. They returned tag team wrestling to the main event spotlight, dominating pairs including the McMahons, Rated-RKO and Legacy. In 2009, Michaels and Triple H won their first WWE Tag Team Championships together. But D-Generation X wasn’t about the gold — it was about two pals having a blast, dominating competition and revolutionizing entertainment but when they were with New Age Outlaws under their wings they did win more gold but it was just between ASS MAN Billy Gun and the Road Dogg Jesse James.

6) London & Kendrick
These guys were phenomenal before the phenomenal one joined the WWE. It's a shame they spilt. WWE’s tag team division has often been dominated by powerhouse teams like Legion of Doom, The Natural Disasters, Kane and Big Show and other monstrous Superstars who piled up championship reigns. Paul London and Brian Kendrick set out to change that when they joined forces in 2006. Taking to the skies with a unique brand of high flying offense that few teams could answer, London and Kendrick defeated MNM for SmackDown’s WWE Tag Team Titles in May of that year and successfully defended them for the next 331 days which is a feat which was broken recently by New Day. The aerial experts were drafted to Raw in 2007, where they added a World Tag Team Championship reign to their mantle before the WWE Draft split them up in 2008.

5) The Legion Of Doom
Legion Of Doom/Road Warriors well wow what a team they had the mean look and the mean wrestling skills that would run you over repeatedly. The most dominant tag team in sports-entertainment history, WWE Hall of Famers The Road Warriors made their WWE debut in 1990 as the Legion of Doom. After battling Demolition, Hawk and Animal faced The Nasty Boys and defeated the disgusting duo for the World Tag Team Championships at SummerSlam 1991. This victory made the L.O.D. the only pairing in history to win tag team titles in the three promotions that dominated sports-entertainment in the 1980s: AWA, NWA and WWE. Although the Legion of Doom was wildly popular in their early days in WWE, they struggled to maintain their success as the years passed. The L.O.D. left WWE in 1992 but returned in 1997 and won the tag team titles. However, after seemingly splitting up and reforming as L.O.D. 2000, the duo was unable to regain their control over the tag division. Hawk and Animal’s time in WWE wasn’t always as fortuitous as their runs in smaller territories, but their popularity and intensity was rarely matched.

4) The Hardy Boyz
Another one of my fave tag teams in all of wrestling history here, i use to idolise them both but Jeff more and i am still a huge fan of the team, followed their career since the first time i tuned in to a wwf show. An integral part of the tag team renaissance of the early 2000s, Matt and Jeff Hardy were part of the six-headed rivalry (along with Edge & Christian and The Dudley Boyz) that gave birth to the Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match, where they pioneered the modern use of the ladder. The reckless abandon with which they practised their craft won the brothers numerous tag titles as well as several singles championships between them.

3) Edge & Christian
HOLD THAT POSE FOR 5 SECONDS PLEASE!...........Ok good. Another entertaining, skilled wrestling tag team here. Lifelong best friends, Edge and Christian went from school hallways in Toronto to quite literally climbing the ladder of success in WWE. The pairing undeniably “reeked of awesomeness” – their tongue-in-cheek “five-second poses” and proclamations that “sodas rule” were just earnest enough to earn simultaneous adoration and eye-rolls from the WWE Universe. With their patented Con-Chair-To, Edge and Christian won seven World Tag Team Championships, the first in a Ladder Match against The Hardys at WrestleMania 2000. They defeated both The Hardys and Dudley Boyz in the first-ever TLC Match at SummerSlam, and were victorious in a rematch at WrestleMania X-Seven – hailed by many as the greatest tag team match in WWE history. The longstanding animosity between the three duos consistently resulted in Edge and Christian supremacy, and solidified the team as not just fun and games, but a bona fide force to be reckoned with. Edge and Christian were the arrogant jerks you loved to hate, especially as they revolutionized tag team wrestling for generations to come.

2) The New Day
Although i am not a big fan of them, they are entertaining and the longest modern era reigning tag champions and at least they are here on my list so don't worry and be happy. The New Day are two-time and longest reigning Raw Tag Team Champions at 483 days, as well as having the longest combined reign at 532 days

1) The Dudleys
GET UP GET UP DROP THE BOMBSHELL! Yes number one has the one and only BUBBA Ray and D-Von Dudley, from Dudleyville, THE DUDLEY BOYZ! The Dudley Boyz, who hold the most reigns as a team with 8! They have won titles all over the world in all different companies from ECW, WWF,WWE,TNA, WCW,2CW,Hustle, All Japan,IWGP and are in TNA's Hall Of Fame. The most accomplished tag team on this list for sure and that's why they are numero uno!

Thanks for visiting and reading as ever, i appreciate ya! Bookmark the page and pop back in regularly for more new lists!

Thank You Undertaker - A Tribute To The Phenom! By Scott Jones

It happened....the unthinkable....Undertaker lost at Wrestlemania again and to Roman Reigns of all people but not only that BUT, Taker also removed a lot of his gear, his gloves, hat, coat and left them in the centre of the ring. This signalled one thing....the retirement of the dead man.

Going into Mania 33 i was confident Taker would slay the Roman Empire. I said i would give up WWE if Roman beat Taker and when Taker retires....i also said Cena will be the one to retire Taker.....I was wrong about Cena being the one to retire Taker. As for not watching WWE i do feel like this was it. The last time i should watch this ageing stale product that we have gotten over the past decade.

This blog post i am dedicating entirely to The Undertaker and will be talking or rather writing about his accomplishments and career history and will be linking and providing pics for you to browse and watch and just remember fondly and enjoy as Taker is my all time fave wrestler so i have to dedicate a whole blog post just to him in his retirement because he is worthy of it and it is really fitting and i hope this post serves as a good tribute to him.

BUT SCOTT.... WHAT IF....this is not the end of Undertaker completely.....WHAT IF.....this is the end of The Deadman Gimmick? WELL i don't know at the moment all signs in this universe point to "The End" so i have to just go with it. IF thing's change and HE DOES comeback well i shall be eternally happy and UPDATE this post but for now THIS IS IT, SO READ ON!

The Undertaker made his debut at WWF Survivor Series 1990. He made his WrestleMania debut at WrestleMania VII, quickly defeating "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka. He is often highly praised as being the most respectful/respected wrestler ever. Wrestler Big Show named The Undertaker as the greatest professional wrestler of all time, while Mark Henry and WWE chairman Vince McMahon have called him their favorite. WWE Hall of Famer and company executive, Jim Ross, said: "Without question, The Undertaker is the greatest big man in the history of wrestling. There is no greater WWE star ever than The Undertaker".

Guinness World Records Gamer's Edition mentioned Undertaker as having the most consecutive victories at WrestleMania. In November 2015, Telegraph journalist Tom Fordy called The Undertaker "the world's greatest sportsman". As of 2017, The Undertaker became the first and only wrestler to remain in the WWE since 1990, expanding a 25-plus-year career within the company. Calaway has appeared on 61 different pay-per-view posters, which, as of 2015, is the highest of any WWE superstar. He has had many changes in his persona over the year's from deadman to lord of darkness, american badass, big evil and finally back to being the deadman.

I looked up Taker's match statistics and here is how it all shapes up.

Total number of matches: 2275
Total number of wins: 1717 (75.5%)
Total number of losses: 467 (20.5%)
Total number of draws: 91 (4.0%)

The years he won the most matches in was 1993 and 1996 with that number being 144 Wins out of 160 matches in those years. 1991 he had the most matches with 189. Most losses in a year is also 1991 with the number of losses being 85.

WWF Tag Team Championship (6 times) – with Stone Cold Steve Austin (1), Big Show (2), The Rock (1) and Kane (2)
As you can see or know not all of his tag titles were won thanks to brotherly love. Taker had many alliances in his career.

He started with Ted DiBiase with Brother Love.

He eventually went with his longest serving manager Paul Bearer and the duo were to be feared and have also turned against each other many times but Paul is Taker's most well known and loved manager.
Taker has also joined with Vince McMahon and had his own stable called the ministry of darkness which consisted of Bradshaw, Faarooq, Mideon, Viscera, Gangrel, Edge & Christian.

The Last Rites

Goodbye to the legend, the phenom, the deadman, the lord of darkness, the icon, the big evil, the american badass and the demon from death valley. I can not thank the Undertaker enough for his hard work and dedication to the business. He is a hero of mine and has been since i first discovered wrestling when i was merely 6 years old. There will never be another Phenom. Much love and respect to you. For i will forever miss you and the WWE will never be the same without you, Undertaker. Legends never die! Until we see you again deadman, rest well in peace and may the man behind Taker enjoy the rest of his life.

Thank You.

R.I.P. John Hurt

Sir John Vincent Hurt
22 January 1940 - 27 January 2017
May your body and spirit rest in peace but may you also live on forever in your films and roles. Thank You.

Here i will be showing images from my fave performances of John Hurt's career and also post some quotes from him and his characters.

John Merrick: I am not an elephant! I am not an animal! I am a human being! I am a man!

John Merrick: People are frightened by what they don't understand.

“Great men are forged in fire. It is the privilege of lesser men to light the flame.” ― The War Doctor

Sutler: I want this country to realise that we stand on the edge of oblivion. I want every man, woman and child to understand how close we are to chaos.

Professor Trevor 'Broom' Bruttenholm: In the absence of light, darkness prevails. There are things that go bump in the night, Agent Myers. Make no mistake about that. And we are the ones who bump back.

Professor Trevor 'Broom' Bruttenholm: What is it that makes a man a man? Is it his origins, the way things start? Or is it something else, something harder to describe?

Such an iconic scene Hurt as Kane really helped kick off a huge sci-fi body horror genre i mean body horror as Aliens features chest bursters which is indeed body horror for me. Space has not felt so scary nor has encounters with other life forms until this film and scene.

Kane's Last WWE Run Idea.

I originally posted this as a comment on a wrestling fan page on facebook but after hearing people like it i decided to share it.

Ok let's set the Kane last run up. Right I will use Bray as he is feuding with him currently so is Orton but eh that's a good one. Bray once again plays mind games with Kane perhaps Bray traps Kane and say's he will go into his mind. We see Bray in a dark hallway with him giving a big monologue on how the Big Red Machine is a pussy these days and while he is talking at the side of Bray lights will appear on and men looking like Kane will be standing still displaying Kane's best moments all the way to date. Bray say's he want's to help Kane free the monster again by destroying the demon. Have Bray seemingly torture a unmasked Kane tied up. Kane gets pissed rips his ropes up to have Bray shocked in horror cowering. Then Harper and Rowen come in beat down Kane. Bray order's stronger restraints. So we will see this new Kane who is pissed off Bray fears. We will go on a bit more torturing and abusing from Bray to Kane and we have Kane continually snapping with Bray showing surprise and fear and disbelief each time. Then we have Kane on his knees with a bag over his head and Bray tries to get in his head again. To which we have that Hallway again with Bray and all of Kane's best moments with Bray laughing yelling "The demon is gone! Now it's time to destroy the uncontrollable Monster that is left within this man." Bray does Kane's traditional arms raise fire ensures victory pose but the lights go out. Bray is left looking around (like the last scene of blair witch project) just afraid not knowing what's going on. Then we hear Kane's old laugh (you know when he was unmasked and bald that type of evil sinister demented laugh he had?) to which then where those Kane lookalike's were standing now erupts Fire. The camera focus's on Bray just scared. Bray then see's two men in mask's laying on the floor ahead of him in sheep masks and Bray removes their masks to show it's Rowan and Harper. Bray start's to panic "No! No! No! How!? How are you doing this?! ANSWER ME KANE!" to which we then have emerging out of smoke and darkness past Kane's. Bray: "You're games won't do nothing to me Kane! I'M IN YOUR HEAD I CONTROL YOU NOW!" Kane laughs again. Bray backs away as the Kanes walk towards him. Bray stops and can no longer move back. Bray turns around and then back again to see the Kanes are gone. Bray laughs. Bray: "See Kane I can make you go away, I'm stronger than you, I am the eater of worlds, I am the devourer of the dead, I am the cult in which all will follow. I am Bray Wyatt and I have just killed you DEMON!" silence and darkness....a bright light lights up the room blinding Bray. Kane: "You are right the demon is dead" Bray see's a coffin ahead. He approaches it and opens it to see Kane's mask. Bray laughs then the coffin lid closes by it's self. Kane: "You should know Bray. Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you. Bray you have killed the demon but you have also resurrected the monster!” lighting hits. Bray is suddenly kneeling at a grave. Bray looks at the tombstone to see his name and the date being today. Bray is shocked scared. Bray is back in the room with Kane and Kane still has a bag over his head. Bray reluctantly takes the bag off Kane's head. We see Kane in a mask very similar to his debut mask in terms of colour scheme design. Bray walks back scared. Lightning hits again. Then we see a shadow of bray and kane and kane tombstones Bray. Kane show's his back to the camera and walks out of Bray's shed into rain. We then see the house explode. Kane has few weeks off tv not to be mentioned. Until one night. We get a video showing 3 sheep masks and Kane's old mask and then they get out on a fire. That night at a major world title match in a steel cage lets say AJ Styles v Randy Orton. Ref and the wrestlers get knocked down as part of the match. Then the lights go out. The turnbuckles explode with fire. To have the lights go back on in which then Kane picks Aj up and throws him out through the door of the cage. Then he picks Orton up and then throws him into the opposite end of the cage and Orton hits the cage wall and the wall comes off and hits the floor with Randy on it. Crowd is going nuts. Commentators mainly Ronallo is going mental! Like holy shit this is unreal some supernatural event. Kanes back with an impact! We will have a 3 way feud then Kane Orton Aj but Kane plays a lot of mind games on Randy coaxing Randy to bring the legend killer back to try and kill this legend. This new monster Kane will not talk by the way his actions speak. Oh don't worry Aj is not going to be free. Kane will play games with him too let's invoke it to be personal and have Kane seemingly stalk Aj and his family Kane can be like the bogeyman to Aj perhaps and Kane mocks Aj calls him a bad man and a bad dad and stuff. So we have Aj and Orton both pissed. Kane is there coming in randomly week in and out to play games with those two and not only that destroy and interrupt several matches. This pisses Shane and Bryan off very much so. Bryan goes out tries to stop Kane showing Kane their memories. Kane will be emotionless looking at Bryan and at the titantron with his head tilted. Bryan and the fans want to hug it out like old times. Kane want's none of it and vicously grabs Bryan by the throat and lifts him up ready for a chokeslam but then Shane comes out. Saves Bryan from a chokeslam by telling Kane to put him down he can not take it with his concussion's in his past and if he does that Shane will put him in the world title match. Kane puts Bryan down pushes Bryan towards Shane. Shane tells Bryan to leave the ring. Bryan leaves as Shane turns around he is met with a running big boot from Kane. Kane then lifts up Shane. Bryan gets on the mic. "STOP IT! KANE! THAT'S ENOUGH! YOU HAVE YOUR TITLE SHOT!" Kane still proceeds to hit the tombstone on Shane. Bryan looks on horrified. Kane then leaves the ring. Next week Shane is in a neck brace pissed at Kane tells him for putting his hands on the gm and comish he's revoked of the awarded title shot and is now suspended with no pay but surprise surprise Kane does not care and continues to show up and wreck havok with his continuous mind games on Orton and Aj. Aj and Orton both complain that it's not stopping him and they are pissed off at how Kane is getting away with it. Orton believes that Kane will stop soon as he has his title match. Kane gets his match at the next ppv. The match feels more like a handicap world title match with Orton and Aj going nuts on Kane they both put Kane through a table after hitting him with chairs and kendo sticks they think that's it for Kane. The two then break out in a fight. Aj hits styles clash on Orton but Orton kicks out. Aj picks Orton up signalling for a second styles clash to which Aj get's Rko'd outta nowhere! The ref counts to two then the lights go out and then back on to have Kane in the ring and delivers a double chokeslam to both men to which Kane then on his knee's pushes both their shoulders down to the mat with both hands. The ref counts to 3 as both were Pinned we have a new champion. I rushed it a bit but it's due to it being a long comment. I could go further into it where Kane loses title has last match at mania but eh this'll do as a basic idea.
