Random Ramblin's 21 - YEAR IN REVIEW 2015

Wow end of the year already it has gone so fast...so join me as i look back on the highlights of this year in my life 2015.

January - Watched Slipknot,Korn and King810 live!

February - Leonard Nimoy passed away and some cunts wrecked Dimebag Darrell's grave.

March - Met Ray Park at comic con and took my nephew to his first wrestling show.

April - I honestly can not remember anything exciting from april maybe the time i spent at work in unity with Stuart Balla that guy is a legend!

May - Youtube turned 10! My star wars original sith lord cosplay featured on a few different websites.

June - My bloggin return! Dusty Rhodes passed away,Christopher Lee passed away.

July - My nan's 80th birthday, Roddy Pipper passed away,Went to London film and comic con for a second time and met Jason David Frank my childhood hero!

August - Had my first ever tattoo! Wes Craven passed away.

September - Ps1 turned 20! A cyclist went into the barrier at work. A guard reversed and knocked down 20 guard rails and had to pick them up as i watched picking my sides up from laughing too much. My nieces 10th birthday.

October - Watched Resurrection of f in cinemas. 5 years since my dog Gizzy died still miss him. Seen Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse live. I finally beat my first Pokemon game after 16 years haha.

November - I got fired from my job which is coming up in a big ol blog post so yeah wanna know why you will find out there! Started voluntary work with Cylent Beatz. Got my ps4.

December - I made my own birthday cake and watched force awakens at midnight screening,watched nxt.

Overall a decent year had some shit times with the good times but cant help that can you. Come on en 2016! Let's see what you got?

I would also like to thank my family and friends for keeping me in line as ever because i never want to turn into a cunt like how some people are.

Random Ramblin's 20 - ITS CHRISTMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS (ALMOST!)

Sup all how are we then? I am fine just fine could be better i guess. It's 2 days til xmas and i do not feel christmassy at all. Send help please?! I am and have been feeling down anyway now let's get onto my bloggy woggy soggy doggy proggy loggy blog....?


Sundays - Right Sundays i hate em. Much like Mondays and Wednesdays i hate them too. Why? Oh well Sunday is Sunday! SUNDAYS ARE SHIT! Sure there is "cooked dinner" aka "roast dinner" but you know i am a fussy eater and i wish i would have more chicken on my plate haha. I also prefer my sisters cooked dinners and yes i realise telling your own mother that to her face gets you a smack but i have done it and it did hurt i am a man and am responsible for my own actions after all. Sundays has shit on tv honestly most of Sunday is boring maybe there will be 1 or 2 things worth watching but that's it and its boring. NO ONE GOES OUT ON A SUNDAY EITHER! BORING DAY! Sundays always seem to have people arguing with me aswell mostly my own family but still fuck Sundays dude! Monday's are boring because normally you have to go back to work or school or some shit and its boring no one likes going back to normality after a day or two off like. Wednesdays are the Sundays of the week they are fucking boring aswell!

My birthday - Being born in December may seem like angelic or some shit ITS NOT! Friends or family are lazy or ill to go out with you and most places are like restricted to xmas parties or someshit so you know you are very luck to book parties or what have you. Doing stuff in the cold is not too fun i know but still i rather do something than nothing!

Christmas - I love getting presents and seeing all my family and giving them presents and the food and tv and yeah some xmas songs. What i dont like is how much it sets people back. Christmas bankrupts people man it is insane and is the most expensive holiday around and in second place is easter but i like the chocolate maaaaaaaaaahnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!

Black friday - NOT THE SHOPPING ONE,THE DRINKING ONE! I have been out on black friday just twice and honestly its the one time of the year all the dick heads are out and seem to have a pass card to act like it to everyone? Its so fucking annoying! Either drink and be nice and respectful or drink and fuck off home!

IT HAS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I POSTED AND I DO APOLOGISE GUYS. DO NOT FRET I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN YOU! I HAVE BEEN BUSY BLOGGING,RECORDING AND STUFF OVER WITH CYLENT BEATZ!

Don't forget your friends or family or the people who were there for you when you were growing up man, don't leave them behind as you venture to new adventures of your life do remember them and do tell them whats going on now and then and when you can hang out again because its so horrible to leave people who were big parts of your life and there for you in some way shape or form behind you in the past. I try my best to talk to all my friends and keep them in my life in some way shape or form. I am not working now and i want to just hang out with them anytime all the time if i can haha and i just want to make videos with them you know gaming wise and shit just comedic fun times you know its fun to look back on. We get older and the people we grew up with grow older and we slowly lose them in terms of losing them from our lives through passing away and we lose others through the lack of sight of them, so basically people go their own ways and eventually stop seeing each other or talking to each other and you know fade away to memories. I always try to remember all my friends and i always think of my friends be it from the past friends who i have not seen in years to the friends i still have present and see often.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens!(SPOILER FREE)

I have been on the ball lately and not on BB-8 but i was a lucky git and top it off Wednesday night at midnight i attended the screening for THE FORCE AWAKENS! Here are my thoughts and spoiler free of course! 

“There has been an awakening…..have you felt it?” Yes i certainly have as i slept all day, as i was just tired from NXT the night before and it was also to ensure i did not fall asleep in the cinema watching star wars. I got up at 4pm! 4PM!, I KNOW WHAT A LAZY GIT THIS FORCE IS! The anticipation for the film has been building up since the first trailer and the wait all day was long and agonizing. The previews and trailers before the film seemed to go on for a life time! IT IS NOT NEEDED, PLEASE STOP, WE GET IT OTHER FILMS ARE COMING OUT BUT WE WANT STAR WARS! I got in the cinema at 11pm and i collected my tickets and bought a pair of limited edition 3d glasses for me and my friend at the counter. James my friend had a Stormtrooper and i had Mr.Anger issues himself Kylo Ren. The Ren 3d glasses were bit annoying for me to wear but they are so cool! This was the first midnight showing i attended and I also got interviewed by a member of the BBC he asked for my thoughts on the film and if its the first time i have attended a midnight premier. Pretty interesting indeed.

I was surprised to see just 3 people dressed up,i was going to dress up but i could not find my darn costume and i was also not sure if they would allow it as some theaters were not allowing costumes in. I seen a man dressed as Princess Leia which was a scary but funny site. I seen an old man dress as old Ben Kenobi and finally some guy dressed as Darth Maul all pretty random. The screening i saw was 3d and surprisingly enough a couple rows were empty when they said it’s all sold out it is odd did people forget about the force? Do not turn to the darkside they may have cookies but the light side has…erm…well…fine i will take a cookie…nom…nom.

At about 10 past 12 the screen finally displayed “STAR WARS THE FORCE AWAKENS!” which is rated 12A by the way and the whole screening room erupted in laughter as 3 wookie’s appeared from nowhere and started to make their noises, honestly if you know the sounds Chewbacca makes well some erupted with those while others laughed at them. I was laughing even though secretly i wanted to join my wookie brothers. Then there it was right after the lucusfilms logo as bright as day STAR WARS ROLLING TEXT OPENING WITH THE GLORIOUS FAMOUS LEGENDARY JOHN WILLIAMS SIGNATURE MUSIC! OH WHAT A DAY,WHAT A LOVELY DAY! The kid in me was so pumped i fist bumped my friend because i just had to! I was just fist pumping the air in my chair reading the text. The basic plot of the film is the good guys are still fighting the bad guys but both are still at stalemate while both seem to be looking to find the location of the missing Luke Skywalker that is what the main plot is but what follows that is more excitement,intensity,fondness and sadness oh boy that is no spoiler i know people who cried at the scrolling text bro!

It was nice to look at,the music was nice,the script was solid,the story was solid,the overall cinematography and actors all solid as were the characters the only downside for me was the reveals they just came out with it openly rather than get stuff remaining a mystery even though there is a lot of mystery and things still to discover and find out about. I also did not feel like the 3d was worth it i can hardly remember anything that came right out of the screen at me. It is crazy to think i was one of many people around the uk first to see star wars before anyone else in the world. The old crew returned in the form of Leia,Han,Chewie,C3-PO & R2D2 which was lovely they have not changed one bit besides aging of course not even in a galaxy far far away in a long time ago can fix aging. Now let’s talk about the new generation of characters i loved them all if i am honest well i believe seeing more of Phasma and Snoke may get me to like them but i am not entirely sold on them yet. Poe surprised me i thought i was not going to like him odd as that sounds but i loved him he is awesome so are Finn and Rey oh oh and BB-8! They all remind me of the original guys but a bit different of course and the film also strongly reminded me of episode 4 and the original trilogy just of course twisted into its own being.

The wait was worth it and the film is amazing! GO SEE IT RIGHT NOW!

NXT TAKEOVER CARDIFF!

I had the pleasure this week to attend Wwe’s Nxt Takeover Live Uk event in Cardiff, here are my thoughts. 

Alright first off how you doing?, I arrived at the motorpoint arena which i have spent a lot of time at over the past 5 years and i have seen a lot of bands and shows there. This is the second time i am here watching wrestling. Back in 2010 I was here watching TNA now 5 years later i am watching my first WWE live event. The queue to get in was not too big the doors opened 6:30pm and it was a straight forward walk and check in past the security, walk through the doors and there we are! The merch stand was pretty neat,as ever there was various merchandise available to purchase from the other stands inside the arena to. It was pretty jam packed there crowd wise, although it was not sold out as there was a few seats empty as i could see as i looked around. I joined my 3 friends found our seats sat down and awaited eagerly to be entertained.

We had decent seats and a good view of the night’s proceedings. The crowd were awesome! Very energetic aswell as fun and funny with all the different chants sounding off there was also dancing,clapping and the stamping of feet. I could feel the floor block that i was on completely shake with hundreds of us stamping our feet in support of some wrestlers. The wrestlers and crowd both gave each other a lot of energy. Although about 3 matches were not that good but even so the crowd was just hilarious and let’s just say not all chants were PG (Sorry Vince) haha but it was all in fun and games. The show ran for 3 hours and did have a 15 min break which was nice to stretch the ol’ legs a bit.

It was interesting having a more mature crowd, i mean WWE is seen as basically pg land and aimed towards children quite frankly,the crowd in attendance was mainly full of 20/30 year olds but you know it was still entertaining. I was also surprised there was some production value there with Apollo Crews entrance shooting up smoke and Bayley’s wacking waving inflatable arm tube men ascending from the ground to the ceiling that was something. The titantron also surprised me playing videos while we all waited for the show to begin. I must add how over Bayley is she, is like the face of Nxt honestly she is the biggest merch mover there! Quite a few of her merch went flying off the shelves and appearing then on almost every fan in the arena when she came out! It also was fun and hilarious serenading Bayley with the entire crowd singing for over 10mins! Nxt Cardiff had two mistakes with the titantron displaying “Tag us in your photos with the hashtag #NxtNewcastle” come on guys there is a big difference between welsh and geordie well not that american’s will know. Also one video package was playing and then the audio suddenly went off and so it was switched off but that is pretty much that. HHH appeared in a video package at the start and Regal was no where to be seen or heard as he had to be taken back to hospital to complete his neck surgery of course health comes first but would have been nice to have been told that rather than just wait for him to come out.

Fave Chants: “Gable,Gable,Gable,Gable,Gable,Jordan,Jordan,Jordan” “Heeey,hey Bayley,oh ah,i wanna know oh oh oh if you’d be my girl” “I love you Bayley and and if it’s quite alright,I need you Bayley to warm the lonely nights,I love you Bayley, trust in me when I say” “SEVEN!” “NXT,NXT,NXT,NXT!” 

Worse bit(s): For me i found the matches before the break to be a tad boring but that is it. 

Matches and results are as follow: Enzo & Cass beat Blake & Murphy,Bull Dempsey beat Tye Dillinger, Asuka beat Alexa Bliss,Apollo Crews beat Baron Corbin, Nia Jax beat Carmella, Dash Wilder & Scott Dawson beat Gable & Jordan,Bayley beat Emma and finally the main event Finn Balor beat Sami Zayn and Samoa Joe.

Revisiting My First Blog (2010 Gaming must have's 2011)

I thought it would be interesting to have a look back at my very first blog on this day 5 years ago.

Wow why is it all random yellow bright background on this text? How mad and off putting!

Batman Arkham City - I thought was a let down from Arkham Asylum, truthfully i still aint completed it.

Dead Space 2 - I have only just recently got it but i did play it and watch friends play it when it was out and yes it was scary.

Crisis 2 - Was ok really. Thing is with that series everyone loves it as it has the best graphics on pc really.

LBP2 - Great fun game that i am still stuck on the last level and i cant even go online with it as the updates do not download and install on my ps3 so thats buggered :(

Gears 3 - I recently replayed and its my least fave game in the series. I am counting 1 - 3 and not judgement although judgement was ok it was just that it should be left on its own out of the series like gears 4. Gears 3 has some great moments but the lambents got overused and when you did encounter locusts it was a much better game i loved.

Duke Nukem Forever - 13 years of waiting for a game you have to love but hate because it was terrible but playable. Funny yet cringey.

BulletStorm - Could'nt get into
Fear 3 - Yeah it was pretty good
Warhammer Space Marine - I have bought but not played it but have watched friends play. seems ok.
Tomb Raider - I recently got it free from xbox live and my god what a game, not beat it yet but i will.
Tekken Tag 2 - Not played and tbh i didnt care for it either.
Aliens: Colonial Marines - so bad yet playable
MK9 - AMAZING GAME!
COD MW3 - Not played it
AC: R - Never played
TNA 2011 - No console game was released that year sadly.
WWE SVR 2012 - Good game.
