An Interview with Zin The Phoenix

What attract's you to some hot sauce's is it the ingredients, other reviews, the label design or something else?

What is the hottest hot sauce you have ever tried?

What would you say is the tastiest hot sauce?

What would you recommend someone who want's to try their first hot sauce, do you recommend any brands in particular?

How long have you been reviewing hot sauce?

When did you first fall for hot sauces?

With 45 thousand tweets and almost 5 thousand followers, you're tweets have made a massive impression and impact with a lot of people, do you ever receive messages or tweets from people asking for recommendations or saying thanks for a particular review?

How does it make you feel to have such a following?

Your pinned tweet as of writing you say you have done a staggering 700 plus reviews but even more shocking is that only 12 have really stood out and received your scorching perfect 10 out of 10 review score! What was so special about these? What does it take to get a Phoenix perfect 10?

Back to your pinned tweet you say 12 but it might be 13 if you include the 2016 & 2017 versions of Harvest as 2 different sauces? Can you tell me more as to why you said this, like what's the difference in the 2016 and 17 versions?

You also say in your profile that you were a certified wine specialist and wine educator, so how has the transition been like from wine to now hot sauces?

I have seen a lot of your reviews and i have enjoyed them, you deliver these reviews in bite size chunks of passion for the sauces it's amazing and i find it even more amazing how you can pick out all these different little herbs or spices you can taste with such ease, how do you do it? What's the secret?

With a lot of reviews comes a lot of flavours, colours, thickness, sizes and labels. So what would you say is your favourite of each flavour, thickness and colour and what are some of your favourite labels you have come across on hot sauces' you have reviewed?

Have you ever reviewed any hot sauces that originate from outside of your own country?

How do you put up with these scorching sauces, is your mouth made of steel or something?

Being and i quote "powered by caffeine" is there any caffeine hot sauces you have tried? I have heard about the double kick hot sauce being a popular brand for that.

Awaiting response from Zinfandel 15/4/2018
